The files are zipped. You must first unzip these zip files to gain access to the individual JPEG and PDF Planner pages.

This product was designed as a Printable Planner. You can print out the meal planner PDF and fill out the planner pages by hand on paper so that you have a tangible product.

You can also upload the planner to your TABLET or iPad and open it with a PDF reader app for iOS or Android such as GoodNotes, Notability, Xodo etc. and then use it as a digital planner / digital notebook. However, this planner does not contain any clickable content or hyperlinks.

How does the purchase and download of the product work?
